Are you a big coffee lover? Then we will provide you a coffee maker and a supply of good coffee for you. Are you vacationing with children and need special conditions in the kitchen? We will provide a bigger set of dishes and equipment for you. We indicate the needs of our guests, and we take care of everything. You experience only pure pleasure. Vacation is usually short, and you should not spend even a minute for worries!

Cleaning standards in apartments are very different from hotel cleaning standards, so it is not enough to invite just a woman who knows how to clean.

Increase prices by improving the quality of objects and their amenities, as well as additional company services and content.
Provide an average annual occupancy rate of 70% and higher.
According to the international best practice, the average annual occupancy rate of 70% is a great indicator for the rental and hotel business. Of course, we strive for more and aim to increase it, but not relying on dumping and lower prices, but expanding sales channels and establishing competitive pricing.
Our target audience is families vacationing in Thailand for the period from 14 to 21 days. This is the largest target group and one of the most solvent. Therefore, we equip objects according to the preferences of such people, create additional services, and focus our sales on them.

Sometimes, depending on the current market situation, we increase the offer price in order to provide owners with a greater return on investment.
Income
Frequency of payments: once a month.

Income is divided 70/30.

You get 70% of the transaction, while we get 30%.
The costs that we cover include utilities and current minor costs, for example, changing dishes, etc. We also cover damage caused by guests.

The owner pays only for equipment breakdowns and other damage related to fair wear-and-tear, as well as for such annual costs as taxes, maintenance of the public area, internet (about 8000 THB per year), and cable TV|SMART TV subscription. Possible additional expenses: house insurance (optional).
